Full-time Permanent Entry Level

Description Job Purpose

Working across all AFS Group Holdings Ltd businesses, the Design Executive supports the Marketing Team by creating engaging visual content, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering creative assets that support the Group's marketing and commercial objectives.

Main Activities
  • Act as Brand Guardian, ensuring consistent application of all company brands across all communications.
  • Maintain, audit and regularly review all marketing materials, ensuring outdated, inaccurate or non‑compliant assets are updated or decommissioned.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates and a centralised library of approved marketing assets.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including digital and print assets, social media content, presentations, campaigns, videos and adverts.
  • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns through creative design.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, copyright requirements, FCA, GDPR and Advertising Standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Liaise with external suppliers such as printers and agencies where required.
  • Support events and undertake other reasonable duties as directed by the Marketing Director.
Skills, Personal Characteristics & Knowledge

The successful candidate will combine strong creative ability with excellent organisation and communication skills, alongside a solid understanding of branding, marketing principles and relevant compliance requirements.

  • Creative with excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Strong relationship‑building skills with colleagues and external partners.
  • Previous experience in a graphic design, creative or marketing design role.
  • Experience producing both digital and print marketing materials.
  • Good understanding of brand management and corporate identity.

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and creative platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, Word Press and video editing software.
