At Stanley House Hotel & Spa, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team, drive standards, and shape our foodoffering.

This is more than a support role, you’ll be a key part ofthe leadership team, working closely with the Executive Head Chef.

• 4-dayworking week – rare at this level
• Realinput into menus and food concepts
• Work across restaurant, weddings & events
• Bepart of a supportive, ambitious kitchen team

• Supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day-to-day
• Leadingservice and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
• Coaching and developing the team
• Managingfood safety, compliance, and standards
• Contributing to menu development and innovation

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
• Ahands-on leader who leads by example
• Passion for consistency, quality, and presentation
• Strong organisational and people skills
