We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Hyndburn Retail Park, Blackburn. We offer a permanent part time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours worked over 4 days from 7 each week, including weekends.

• Hours:
  
  20 hours across 4 days per week.
• Pay: £10.95-£12.81 per hour.

Pay depends on age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.81 per hour

• Help customers find items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care during deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep shops safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach.
• Enjoy being busy; able to juggle deliveries, till service, floor assistance, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliability and commitment as part of a small team; dependable to perform best on each shift and not let the team down.
• Flexibility with shifts; ability to cover for colleagues and adapt to rota changes.
• Willingness to complete an Employment Verification check if successful.
