Location: Rishton
Co-op in Rishton is looking for a Customer Team Leader to guide a small store team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll handle day-to-day operations on shifts, serve customers at the till, and help deliver essential services to the community.
You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and contribute to merchandising, stock accuracy and store performance while championing Co-op membership and community initiatives. This role includes weekend shifts and regular overtime.
