BMW Used Car Sales Support

We are recruiting for a full-time Used Car Sales Support to deliver exceptional customer experience in our Centre. Applicants must have plenty of personality, a true passion for our cars and be up to date with the latest technology.

This is firstly not a sales role. It is one of a brand ambassador, sharing your passion for BMW in a pressure-free way. The aim is to make customers feel excited about the cars and impressed that they are receiving a personalised service, from highlighting the cars performance or features to understanding the customer and how different cars and equipment will suit them.

You’ll have experience in a customer facing role and your passion for BMW must shine through from the moment we meet you.

• A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
• Self‑motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6.00pm with an unpaid lunch break of 60 minutes.
