Part of a wider business group that boast over £900 million in revenue, this company are a leading supplier of tools to the Engineering and Construction industries. Supplying a large range of power tools, welding equipment and consumables – they currently sell across 3 locations and are seeking to expand their team in 2026.

Working as a Graduate Sales Trainee, this role is designed to put you on a progression path that will hopefully culminate into a promotion after 9-12 months of the role.

You’ll start your life in the role by learning from and shadowing the existing team, before starting to sell internally to new and existing clients from industries such as plumbing, plastering, electrical trades. After 9-12 months, the plan is to progress you into an external sales role (complete with company car!) so that you can start targeting bigger businesses to meet and build relationships with.

This is an entry level role, no previous experience in sales is required. The right individual for the role will be confident, enthusiastic and capable of building relationships with a wide range of people. If you’re target driven and love a challenge, even better!
