We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow Conferences and Events revenue across high:profile hospitality venues. You’ll own the sales strategy, win new business, and maximise key accounts. This is a fast:paced, target:driven role where commercial impact and client relationships go hand in hand.
What You’ll Do- Drive new business and grow existing accounts
- Deliver a proactive C and E sales strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Hit and exceed revenue and conversion targets
- Use CRM and insights to build a strong pipeline
- Work closely with operations to maximise every opportunity
- Proven success in proactive sales in events, venues or hospitality
- Strong commercial awareness and target focus
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Ability to build lasting client relationships
- Experience with CRM systems
- High energy, resilience, and drive to win
