Sales Executive – Blackburn Volkswagen
Contract type: Permanent, full time
Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Hours: 44 hours per week – Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00, Sunday 11:00 – 15:00 (One day off per week and weekends on rota basis)
Responsibilities- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
- Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service orientation
- Self‑motivated and passionate about the automotive sales industry
- Ambitious, goal‑oriented and able to meet sales targets
- Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade preferred
- Full UK driving licence (required for vehicle test drives)
