Your Move Blackburn

Your Move Blackburn is looking for a part time Accompanied Viewer to cover viewings for their branch. This branch is part of National Home Move
, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

Requirements

Reliable, able to drive, and have access to your own vehicle.
Confidence in driving around the region.
Proven track record in Customer Sales and exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations with a trusted and friendly approach.
Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Attending and carrying out accompanied viewings at owners' properties.
Gaining viewing feedback and passing this on back to the branch.
Delivering excellent customer service and communication.
Demonstrating the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations with a trusted and friendly approach.

Hours and Compensation

Hours to be flexible but generally 1-2 half‑week days and every Saturday are required.
Part‑time, zero‑hour contract.
Salary £12.71 per hour.
