Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

Field Sales Executive for Perfetti Van Melle. The role involves managing key accounts, achieving distribution, availability, and visibility targets, and promoting brand awareness throughout your territory.

Salary: £25,000
Bonus: 10% Performance Related Bonus

Working Hours:

37.5 Hours per week
Equipment Provided:
Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone

Other benefits: contributory pension, healthcare plans, and performance bonuses. Flexible work hours between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Act as the face of the brand and build unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in the top 4 grocers.
• Fulfil distribution, availability and visibility targets and drive success of your area.
• Maximise brand awareness, educate clients on new product opportunities and implement store activations.
• Work independently, manage workload to achieve targets and qualify for incentives.
• Receive full training and ongoing support for development.
• Work in a fun, honest environment where performance and success are recognised.

Relationship building, product knowledge, commercial awareness, influencing skills and negotiation. Demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail or sales environment. Passion for the brands and drive to succeed.

You must hold a full manual driving licence and be able to travel within the defined territory.
