Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a Sales Executive to join the New Car Sales Team at their BMW Centre on Trident Park in Blackburn.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive you are key to our business growth; selling vehicles and associated products whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will be to:

Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles
Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification
Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm on a rota basis.

Skills & Experience:

Applicants must have proven experience within automotive sales (ideally sports and prestige), be well presented and have exceptional communication skills, together with:

Outstanding customer service skills
An eye for detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Quality awareness
Full UK driving licence
