Air Conditioning Engineer
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year
Location:
Blackburn, East Lancashire – covering Lancashire and surrounding areas
- Installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems, including small splits, VRV's and air source heat pumps.
- Provide a professional service and represent the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company.
- Take a pro‑active approach to client liaison and relay concerns to management as necessary.
- Ensure administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately.
- Work safely at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and the company H&S policy.
- NVQ Level 2 – Air Conditioning (preferred, not required)
- F‑Gas Qualifications (essential)
- Skill Card
- Previous experience working within Air Conditioning
- Full driving licence
- Customer focused with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Work safely at all times and understand contract and Health & Safety requirements/regulations
- Effective communication skills, written technical reports and verbal communication with supervisor, manager and customers
- Ability to use electronic handheld devices
- Identify issues or risks that require escalation to Supervisor or Manager
