Project Management Apprentice

Join our Project Management Apprenticeship Programme and learn how to scope, plan, and deliver projects that support our business and customers.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting the planning and delivery of projects
- Scoping requirements and aligning them with project objectives
- Managing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Working with experienced project managers and cross‑functional teams
- 🎓 Study for a Level 4 industry‑recognised Apprenticeship
- 👥 Receive support from a dedicated work‑based mentor
- 📈 Starting salary of £18,500 with opportunities to grow

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4‑9 / A*‑C)
- Two A Levels (A*‑C), including one STEM subject
- BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in a relevant subject (Merit or Distinction)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A passion for organisation and problem‑solving
- Good IT skills and a desire to learn and grow
