Clean and Clear Operative 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Hours:

39 per week, 8am-4:30pm Mon-Thu and 8am-3:30pm Friday

Leave:
Start at 26 days annual leave increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays

Company description:

• Applying mould treatment
• Treating low level damp
• Undertaking basic painting and decorating tasks including stripping wallpaper, filling minor wall defects and painting walls
• Removing defective decoration damaged by mould
• Assisting with the removal of household goods and personal effects following a tenancy end
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within homes, meeting health and safety requirements, and leaving spaces suitable for trade operatives
• Changing locks and fitting key safes to keep the home secure
• Clearing and tidying gardens and external spaces
• Removing items left in the home and ensuring correct disposal following health and safety guidance
• Maintaining appropriate documentation and records for any waste in accordance with Great Places Environmental Policies
• Treating homes with respect and reporting concerns to the line manager

• Full clean driving licence
• Basic painting and decorating skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
• Ability to manage your own time and meet deadlines
• Similar experience ideal but not essential
• Positive can-do attitude
• Flexible approach to the working day
