Service Coordinator
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Blackburn.
About Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd- Supports vulnerable individuals and households.
- Provides quality housing, delivers tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
- Provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a supported accommodation service for those who have an assigned probation officer due to a history of offending.
- Develop and deliver a person‑centred support package that is tailor‑made to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service; assist service users in developing the skills required to build resilience to maintain independent living and either move on into permanent housing.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
- Salary £9,594 per annum (15 hours per week, dependent on experience)
