Front‑End Developer – Blackburn - Hybrid working

This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self‑motivated Front‑End Developer to join their busy technical team and motivate those around them. They are based in Blackburn and are operating a hybrid working model. The key to this role is leading the design and development of scalable web applications and platforms.

• Defining front‑end architecture and development standards using best practices
• Building secure and maintainable codebases using modern React and Type Script
• Collaborating with product, leadership and marketing teams
• Mentoring junior developers and providing code reviews
• Overseeing integrations with APIs and driving performance optimisation

• Strong front‑end web development experience
• Strong experience with React
• Experience providing scalable front‑end architectures
• Strong understanding of component‑driven design and state management
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with any UX design work in Figma is desirable
