Front‑End Developer – Blackburn – Hybrid working

This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self‑motivated Front‑End Developer to join their busy technical team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is leading the design and development of scalable web applications and platforms.

• Defining front‑end architecture and development standards using best practices
• Building secure and maintainable codebases using modern React and Type Script
• Collaborating with product, leadership and marketing teams
• Mentoring junior developers and providing code reviews
• Overseeing integrations with APIs and driving performance optimisation

• Strong front‑end web development experience
• Strong experience with React
• Experience providing scalable front‑end architectures
• Strong understanding of component‑driven design and state management
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with any UX design work in Figma is desirable
