A full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist is needed to join a growing outpatient practice in Blackfoot, Idaho. This opportunity offers the support of a mission-driven, non-profit critical access hospital focused on physician autonomy, patient-centered care, and strong work-life balance.

Schedule:

Options include 4/10s or 5/8s with no hospital call.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Earnings: $335,000 guaranteed base for the first two years, plus productivity incentives.

Generous Bonuses & Benefits: $40,000 commencement/relocation bonus, 160 hours of PTO annually, quality bonuses, and comprehensive healthcare coverage.

Professional Development: $5,000 CME allowance, 40 hours of CME time, and reimbursement for licenses, certifications, and professional fees.

Practice Environment Collaborative Care:

No call; strong clinical and administrative support.
