Receipt Inspector

Receipt Inspector – Premier Technology Inc.

We are looking for a Quality Receipt Inspector to join our team.

• Receive, quality check, label, and store all incoming inventory
• Compares quantity and part number of items received with procurement data and other specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy of order
• Inspects purchased parts & materials for conformance to specifications. Examine items for defects in materials, work, and damage occurring in transit, inspect and measures items for dimensional accuracy, and other specifications
• Approves or rejects items, and records inspection information
• Maintain and assign inventory locations and labels within designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in Receiving areas
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Experience working under NQA-1, ISO, and/or DOE Order 414.1D quality programs
• Experience with ASME Section III quality programs
• Experience with AISC quality program

• Premier Technology is a federal contractor, and as such, this position will work on government contracts and requires that you are a US Citizen (not just authorized to work in the US)

• May require work in hot or cold environments
• Regular standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Use of hands and arms to operate hand tools
• PPE required: safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots

The Quality Receipt Inspector position is performed in a fabrication shop setting. The environment is deadline-driven with a strong focus on safety, quality, and precision. The quality receipt inspector will have daily collaboration with cross-function teams.
