Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable family-owned motor dealer group in Blackpool, for the position of Service Advisor. Duties of the Service Advisor:

Act as the first point of contact for service and parts customers, providing outstanding customer service
Manage customer bookings, enquiries, and service-related paperwork efficiently
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs
Process payments and follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist retail and trade customers with parts requirements and stock enquiries
Liaise closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts availability for workshop jobs
Receive, check, and accurately record parts into stock, maintaining stock levels and inventory records
Keep pricing structures and stock records up to date
Ensure the department is well-presented and maintained to high standards
Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor within the motor industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
