South Norfolk Council has a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join and support the waste operations team. This fast-paced environment will allow you to support the management team to deliver a safe, efficient and compliant operation across a plethora of services to residents and businesses within the District. This role will demand flexibility, sound judgement, initiative, and problem-solving skills to address daily operational and personnel issues.

The role involves working on site as well as shift working between our regular operating hours (0530 to 1730) to support the operational challenges and a large team. For the right candidate this role may develop into a management position supported by funded training.
