Reporting directly to a Product Leader, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, business analysis, systems thinking, and software delivery.

Key Responsibilities Context and Workflow Design:
Break down complex operational requirements, map workflows, and build rich, detailed context for engineering teams to build high-value solutions. AI-Assisted Analysis:
Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (specifically Claude ) in your daily workflow to accelerate documentation, task generation, framing, and prototyping. Delivery Ownership:
Translate product vision into clear dev tasks, partnering closely with software engineers and QA to ensure features are delivered efficiently and aligned with commercial goals. Business and Revenue Focus:
Ensure all product and workflow decisions tie back directly to client analytics, user needs, and bottom-line revenue outcomes. Prototyping and Documentation:
Draft quick prototypes, refine wireframes, and maintain clear documentation to keep the engine moving smoothly.

What We Are Looking For AI and Claude

Experience:

Hands-on experience using Claude or advanced AI tools to enhance requirement gathering, context building, and delivery. Systems Thinking Mindset:
Exceptional capability to view processes holistically, identify edge cases, and structure logical workflows. Proactive "Get Up and Go" Attitude: A self-starter who thrives in a lean environment, takes full ownership of outcomes, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Product and Delivery Hybrid:
Background spanning Business Analysis, Product, and Agile Deliveryknowing how to take an idea from initial concept to completed code. Tech Awareness:
