Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work within secondary schools, supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and supporting young people during a crucial stage of their education.

The Role:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting students with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to support learning plans
Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
Helping pupils access the curriculum in a supportive and inclusive way

The Ideal Candidate :

Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, or similar)
A genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs
Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Relevant qualifications or SEND experience are desirable but not essential
