Secondary School Supply Teacher; Temporary

Position: Secondary School Supply Teacher (Temporary)
We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across secondary schools within Blackpool and surrounding areas providing high-quality teaching and continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.

This role is ideal for qualified teachers seeking flexibility, work-life balance, or varied experience across different school settings.

The Role:

Delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects (or your specialism)
Following school policies and maintaining positive behaviour for learning
Adapting quickly to different classroom environments
Ensuring safeguarding and professional standards are upheld
Providing feedback to departments or cover managers where required

The Ideal Candidate :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant UK-recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching within secondary schools
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
Confident in adapting to new schools and classes
