Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT) (Temporary)
Humly is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across Primary and Secondary school settings. These opportunities include day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply roles, offering valuable classroom experience and the chance to build confidence early in your teaching career.

This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified teachers who want flexible work, exposure to a variety of schools, and ongoing support while developing their practice.

What You’ll Bring

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS

* Completion of, or working towards, your ECT induction

* Strong subject or curriculum knowledge

* Confidence managing classrooms and building positive relationships

* A flexible, reflective and proactive approach to teaching

* A genuine passion for education and professional development

Both Primary and Secondary ECTs are encouraged to apply.

Pay Structure

* Day-to-day / short-term supply: from £120 per day

* Long-term roles (from week 13, AWR applies):
Paid to scale M1 (£168.80)
