We are working closely with a range of supportive secondary schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast who are seeking reliable Supply Teachers to cover lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons using pre-prepared materials
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Adapt quickly to different school settings
Manage behaviour in line with school policies
Provide feedback to permanent staff where required
Assignments can range from single-day cover to longer-term placements within one school.
We're Looking For Teachers Who:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience teaching in UK secondary schools
Are confident across KS3 and KS4 (subject specialists welcomed)
Have strong classroom management skills
Are adaptable, reliable, and professional
Both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
