Veritas Education are working exclusively with a reputable secondary school in Blackpool who are looking to appoint a skilled and motivated Design Technology (DT) Teacher from September 2026 for the full academic year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive department and inspire students through practical and innovative learning in Design Technology.

• Teaching Design Technology across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Specialisms such as Resistant Materials, Product Design, or Graphics are welcomed
• Full teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation, and marking
• Delivering engaging, hands‑on lessons that develop practical skills and creativity
• Supporting students in both coursework and practical assessments

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching DT in a UK secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for practical learning
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Passionate about supporting student achievement and progression
