Hours:
32.5 per week (minimum guaranteed 3 hours).
Red Marsh School is a vibrant and outstanding special school, dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of all pupils aged 2 to 19, all of whom have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting students’ learning, behaviour, and personal/social development.
- Taking on additional responsibilities across the school.
- Leading the class in the teacher’s absence with confidence and competence.
- Be passionate about teaching and learning.

- Use effective strategies to support the development of pupils with SEND.
