North Walsall area Shift Pattern: 12 hour continental shift pattern (4-on & 4-off) Benefits:

The Opportunity:
This role offers the chance to work within a busy, high-output manufacturing environment, maintaining and improving a variety of industrial systems and equipment. Key duties include:
Carrying out both planned maintenance and reactive repairs using a CMMS system Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults across components such as pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and fluid power systems Assisting with installation, upgrades, and relocation of machinery Contributing to reliability improvements and efficiency initiatives Maintaining high standards of safety and operational performance across the plant To be considered for this position, you should have: A recognised Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline (e.g. NVQ or apprenticeship) Previous experience in a manufacturing, process, or heavy industrial setting Strong hands-on mechanical skills, particularly with hydraulics and pneumatics Confidence interpreting engineering drawings and technical information A proactive, team-oriented approach to maintenance and problem-solving Familiarity with industrial production equipment and automated systems Why Consider This Role?
