Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Assistant to join a growing business within the fast‑paced digital advertising industry.

This role is best suited to someone who can work with minimal supervision, take ownership of key finance processes, and operate confidently in a fast‑moving environment.

• Full ownership of daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Active cashflow monitoring and reporting
• Processing and managing supplier payments
• Performing detailed revenue reconciliations
• Supporting month‑end close and financial reporting
• Assisting in improving finance processes and controls

• 2+ years’ experience in a finance or accounts role
• Proven experience with bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (e.g. formulas, lookups, data handling)
• Experience supporting month‑end processes
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines

• Experience using Accounts IQ
• Experience in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment
