HR Officer

Adecco Recruitment are privileged to be supporting our client who due to growth has a brand new position. As HR Officer you will play a key role in shaping a positive, high‑performing workplace. We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional HR Officer to support and deliver a wide range of human resources activities. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their HR career while making a real impact across recruitment, employee relations, performance, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new starters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
  • Prepare and update employee contracts and documentation
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinaries
  • Assist with performance management and talent development initiatives
  • Provide payroll inputs and support compensation and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to internal and external audits
  • Help promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices
  • Competency using MS Office and HR information systems
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
  • Highly organised with great time‑management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
