Experience leading business analysis across large, complex products using a range of techniques to understand problems and user needs.

Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clearly communicate requirements and acceptance criteria. Skilled in applying analysis tools to identify improvements and make informed recommendations. Proven capability working in agile teams, promoting Agile practices and supporting colleagues' development. Demonstrated leadership within the BA community, including line management, recruitment support and driving continuous improvement. You and your role
