Job Purpose:
To provide quality assured customer service through application of Industry and Company standards
TechnicalCompetencies:
General day to day vehicle maintenance and repair, tyres, wheel alignment, general advise and assistance to get customers going and keep the fleet on the road
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:- Identify worn & faulty components needs in accordance with the Company Standards
- 6 weekly inspections and remedial work
- preventative repairs
- advise customer of work required to ensure vehicle is in road worthy condition. ?
- remove & refit components and carry out tyre related adjustments in accordance with the Technical Standards and Work Instructions. ?
- repair tyres in accordance with the Technical Standards and Work Instructions. ?
- Contribute to Good Housekeeping routines ?
- stock taking as directed.
- Effect roadside repairs as and when necessary
- Give reassurance to vulnerable drivers, general motoring advice and customer support
- Provided workshop backup to get customers back on the road in the shortest time possible
