Caretaker, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Building Maintenance

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Caretaker for our client based in Sunderland, this would be an immediate start, offering an initial 6-month placement This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, security and general maintenance of large industrial sites in Sunderland and the surrounding areas A company vehicle will be provided to travel between sites, but you must have a full UK Driving License and meet the criteria for the insurance Duties:
Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and DIY tasks across multiple client sites External grounds maintenance duties such as spraying weeds, mowing the garden areas Complete planned and reactive maintenance work, ensuring issues are resolved promptly Conduct health and safety checks and ensure compliance with site procedures Respond promptly to maintenance requests and site-related issues Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Rates: £15-£15.50ph depending on experience

Shifts:
