You will lead the strategic planning and transport policy functions that shape Blackpool’s growth, development and long‑term investment. You will ensure that statutory plans, policies and strategies reflect the Borough’s regeneration priorities, development potential and wider Council ambitions, while meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements and preparing for the new Spatial Development Strategy as part of the Lancashire Combined County Authority.
