Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join our team working at Weeton Barracks near Preston.

You will be responsible for managing the coffee shop on site and ensuring all products are available, customers are served efficiently, and company standards are complied with.

• Manage the day‑to‑day operation of a small coffee shop from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.
• Support the general manager in running an efficient shop and providing a great service to our customers.
• Take full responsibility for ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy area.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders.
• Control operational costs, including shrinkage and waste.

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality operation is desirable, with a willingness to learn and drive the operation.

• Full‑time position, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts range between 8.15 am and 2.45 pm with an earlier finish on Friday, leaving your evenings free.
• Annual salary £19,629.36.
