My client are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team, working on the refurbishment of void properties within a social housing setting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong joinery background who can also carry out a range of multi-trade tasks.

Your new role
Refurbish and repair empty properties to a high standard before re-letting.

Carry out joinery work alongside basic plumbing, plastering, and decorating.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Collaborate with other trades and teams as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in property refurbishment or maintenance.
Strong joinery skills with the ability to undertake multi-trade tasks.
Knowledge of health and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.

Experience working on void properties.
Basic qualifications in plumbing, plastering, or decorating.

What you'll get in return

£20-22ph - Umbrella PAYE
