Our Client, a Greater Manchester council is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join their Neighbourhood Team. Fantastic payrate of £30.66 per hour! Assess the care and support needs of adults and carers and plan with them to meet those needs. Carry out mental capacity assessments and lead Best Interest decisions when needed. Support adults who lack capacity by applying to the Court of Protection for care authorisations. Manage a caseload, including adults at risk of harm or neglect. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to complete assessments.

Collaborate with health professionals, social services, and partner agencies. Keep accurate records and manage your workload efficiently, including providing data when needed. Advocate for adults to help resolve conflicts and ensure their voices are heard. Contribute to projects and working groups to improve services. Requirements of this role:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experience
