As our
Front Desk Assistant,your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling practice. Here are your key responsibilities:

• Appointment Management
  :

  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments promptly.
  • Confirming patient appointments to maintain an organized calendar.
  • Handle calls, referrals, and follow-ups like a pro

• Patient Interaction
  :

  • Greeting Patients:Inperson or over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Answering Questions
    :
    Providing basic information about medical tests and procedures.
  • Instructions
    :
    Guiding patients on preparation for examinations.
  • Guide
    families through treatment plans and financial options

• Administrative Tasks
  :

  • Courteously handling incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
  • Managing referral appointments and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to keep everything running smoothly
