Pinnacle Construction & Development Corporation seeks a dependable, quality‑conscientious Project Superintendent with well‑balanced skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a minimum 10 years’ construction experience for a multifamily apartment development in Blacksburg, Virginia.

The Project Superintendent will be responsible to provide overall administrative and technical management on a multifamily construction project site. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety is required.

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction operations on site.
• Manage and coordinate a workforce, ensuring quality and safety.
• Read drawings, interpret specifications, and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain project schedules, cost control, and safety compliance.

• Minimum 10 years’ construction experience, with extensive wood framing experience for multifamily projects.
• Proficient at reading drawings, interpreting specifications, and managing a workforce.
• Experience with construction project management software required.
• OSHA 10‑hour safety training, first aid/CPR training required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, desire to work independently and in a team atmosphere.

On‑site construction office and active construction site.
