Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced PRN Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide in‑home speech therapy services to patients in the Blacksburg area.
- Flexible scheduling (per visit)
- Paid in‑service training
- Mileage reimbursement
- Employee Assistance Program

- Direct deposit
- Perform in‑home speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders
- Provide skilled speech therapy interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Complete accurate EMR documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure HIPAA and Medicare compliance
- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program
- Active Virginia SLP license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Home health or SNF experience preferred
- OASIS and EMR experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
