This Cook II position is located at Lewis Gale Hospital Montgomery. Under general supervision, you will prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of food items in appropriate quantities while following menus, recipes, and production sheets. You will maintain a clean and sanitary work area, communicate with other production staff regarding menus, recipes, and portion sizes, and provide training and guidance to other employees performing related work.

• Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines, policies & procedures.
• Utilize proper equipment to produce standard recipes.
• Utilize systems to quality process/standards in food production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quantity cooking preferred.
