We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support patients in regaining independence and improving daily function in the comfort of their homes. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide hands‑on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and ADL training.
• Implement OT interventions, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home exercise programs.
• Document visits accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team.

• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current Virginia OTA license (or eligibility).
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (home health or rehab a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
