Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced PRN Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide in‑home speech therapy services to patients in the Blacksburg area.

• Perform in‑home speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders
• Provide skilled speech therapy interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Complete accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure HIPAA and Medicare compliance

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program
• Active Virginia SLP license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Home health or SNF experience preferred
• OASIS and EMR experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
