Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and assistive devices
Monitor progress and report changes to the PT
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
Document care accurately per company and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Active Virginia PTA license
Home health or clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
Strong communication and patient‑centered approach
Reliable transportation for home visits
