Job Description
NRVCS was recently named the number one counseling or therapy practice in the Southwest Virginia Region. What better way to help out the future of the NRV than to work in the school system! We have School-Based Case Manager positions available, working with a great team in school systems all across the NRV. As an employee of NRVCS, you will also be subject to our competitive benefits package, a VRS fund, and a generous PTO plan.

- $3,000 Sign on Bonus***
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services related field as defined by the VA Board of Counseling is required.
- Registration as a QMHP or QMHP eligibility as set forth by the Virginia Board of Counseling is required.
Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
