• Identify new opportunities to protect our clients through comprehensive home, auto, and life insurance solutions.
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies to ensure coverage remains relevant as client needs evolve.
• Educate policyholders on the intricacies of their coverage, providing peace of mind through clear explanations.
• Collaborate with local community members to build long-standing partnerships and represent our agency with integrity.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and policy records within our internal systems.
• Work alongside the wider team to achieve agency growth goals while upholding our standard for quality service.

• Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Virginia Life & Health Insurance License
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of clients
• Clear and professional communication skills for building relationships
• Previous experience working in a consultative sales role
• Understanding of the Blacksburg area and local business landscape
