Develop and grow a client base by connecting with people in the Blacksburg community.

Provide personalized risk assessments to help families and business owners protect what they value most.

Manage your own calendar to prioritize lead follow-ups and client meetings.

Review existing policies periodically to ensure coverage stays relevant as life changes for our clients.

Collaborate with the local office team to share insights and improve our service standards.

Maintain accurate documentation for every client interaction and policy change.

Current Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales.

Strong track record of building and managing a client portfolio.

Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.

Comfort with digital sales tools and lead management software.

Experience with commercial lines is highly valued.
