• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• Complete comprehensive assessments and care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

• Active Virginia RN License
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience (home‑health preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Compassionate, professional bedside manner
• Service Area:
  Blacksburg, VA and surrounding areas including Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski Counties

Salary: $1,993 per month
