LPN, Unit Manager

Heritage Hall exists to care for our residents as cherished members of our family, rooted in the heart of the communities we serve. Our facilities are small, close-knit, and deeply connected to the people and places around them, and that spirit carries into everything we do. Here, no one works alone.

As an Unit Manager LPN at Heritage Hall, you'll work with people you can count on. Trust goes both ways. It's the kind of place that feels like less of a workplace and more like a team that's genuinely in it together. Our Unit Managers grow professionally while leading a team in the caring of a special generation of residents.
